* In NOTES section tell us - 1) WHO the shout out goes to 2) Who it is FROM and if you want your name mentioned 3) Any special details to customize 4) An EMAIL AND mobile number where we can reach you and where you want the video sent

* Allow for up to 5 days (the boys will be filming)

* Average video is 15-30 seconds

* By purchasing you agree to terms
