I need to return or exchange my order. What should I do?

When the returned item is received in good condition, your exchanged item will be sent or refund issued to payment method used to make initial purchase. A new shipping label will be generated with a new tracking number. Standard return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
USPS indicates that orders placed within the continental United States typically take between 7-10 business days to arrive. However we see this time frame closer to 2-5 days in most instances.
International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days.
REMINDER - We do not control shipping - Once packages are received by transit carrier they are scanned and no longer in our control.
My order still hasn’t been shipped. What’s going on?
Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. If after 5 business days, your order is still not shipped, please email us at email@example.com
I can’t find my tracking number. Where is it?
Your order's tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Your order will not receive a tracking number until it has been packaged and shipped.
My order could not be delivered and is being held at the post office. What does this mean?
Please contact your local post office. Once a package is submitted to the postal service, we no longer control how the package is processed.
If an attempted delivery was made by the postal service, they will provide additional details regarding how you can pick up your package or reschedule a delivery.
The postal service attempted to deliver my order, but I wasn't home. What can I do?
Please contact your local post office, or wait for additional directions from the postal service regarding your attempted delivery. Typically, the postal service will re-attempt delivery the next day. Note that once an order is shipped, it has transferred control and we cannot schedule or reschedule deliveries for the USPS, Canadian Post, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.
IF a shipment is undeliverable it is most often automatically returned to the OTB Warehouse. At that time a refund will be issued - unless a new address is provided.
IF you do not receive your package and the shipping carrier has confirmed it is lost - please file a claim asap. A replacement can be provided with proof of claim acceptance by carrier.
How can I change my shipping address?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address on your order, please IMMEDIATELY email the correct shipping address to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Order # in the subject line along with "Shipping Address Change." If we receive this in time it will be changed. If not - following tracking number to determine the status.
I ordered the wrong items. How can I change my order?
Once your order has been completed, we cannot change the order. If you have ordered the wrong items and your order has yet to ship, please email email@example.com to cancel your order. We will fully refund you, and you will be able to place a new order with the correct items.
How do I cancel my order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include "Cancel Order #" in the subject line.
Are prices in USD or CAD?
Prices are listed in USD. Upon checkout, prices will be converted to your local currency.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes, most of the t-shirts are ADULT Sizes unless otherwise specified. Many are bella canva or next level tri-blend - here are two size charts. For specific questions - see product page or email email@example.com

Youth Large is indicated as 10-12, however this size tends to run slightly small.
Many of the t-shirts are 100% soft-spun cotton and may shrink slightly upon washing and drying. The tri-blends do not typically shrink.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
Standard shipping is through USPS (United States Post Office) which does NOT ship to PO Boxes so please make sure you have listed a physical address for residence or business.
Why do you ship through the USPS?
While Olly and Jacob proudly hail from Calgary, there is a solid fan base across North America and internationally. We've evaluated prices and the most efficient option at this time is to work with a US-based supplier. After our research and comparison on shipping, we concluded there was only a slight difference on most items, and it was not enough to establish a second shipping station in Canada (at this time). Watch for discounted shipping codes throughout the year.
I selected priority shipping. Why hasn't my item shipping yet?
If you selected priority shipping, this is the method of shipping and will not necessarily expedite the order's preparation time.
For example, if a pre-ordered item that is not yet in stock is purchased, the priority shipping will apply once the order is processed and packed (and submitted to carrier). Additionally, if you need your order for an upcoming occasion or event, please give your order up to 7-10 business days to be packed, shipped and received.
